4. Licensing should be granted :-

If it is deemed necessary to grant a license after examining the application as per Rule 3, the Ministry in the case of Sections A, B, and C and the District Development Committee in the Village Development Committee in the case of Section 9D and the Municipality in the Municipal Area Rule 5 The applicant shall be given a license in the following format by taking the documents mentioned in:-

A. To produce a film in the format as per schedule-5, b. To distribute the film in the format according to Schedule-6, c. To display the movie in the format according to Schedule-7 and d. Form according to Schedule-8 to build and operate movie house
